Spring

Please note that the Northeastern Province Spring Intake Ceremony and review sessions will be held at the designated host hotel.

All Chapters MUST be certified in order to participate in the Province Wide Intake Ceremony. If your chapter has going through the certification process for the C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference, then your chapter does not need to be re-certified to have Spring intake at the Province Council Meeting. Chapter certification is good for one Fraternal year. If you are uncertain of your Chapters certification standing, contact Brother Sr. Vice Polemarch or your respective Northeastern Province Board Member.

Undergraduate Chapters - MUST provide a current listing of cumulative GPA's for Brothers in the Chapter (as of end of Summer or Fall for the current fraternal year) and forward it to the Sr. Vice Province Polemarch.

Chapter Certification Criteria

The Grand Board of Directors has mandated each Province Polemarch to administer a "certification" of chapters falling under his aegis. The certification of every undergraduate chapter is an important and mandatory precursor to undergraduate membership intake, including the recruitment, initiation, and indoctrination of men interested in joining Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

As approved by the Grand Board Directors, the 19 point criteria for Undergraduate Chapter certification is included. Each criterion falls under five categories, demonstrating the constituent groups responsible for providing the Province Polemarch documentation necessary for him to make informed and responsible decisions for the certification of chapters:
(1) International Headquarters, (2) Colleges and Universities, (3) Provincial, (4) Chapter, and (5) Alumni Chapter.

The following information is required of the candidate and the chapter. This information along with the necessary fees will be collected on at the Paperwork Meeting.
