*There is an online fee of $30 when an initiate uses the online
form to pay for membership intake fees.
**There is a chapter administration fee of $50 for any chapter participating in membership intake (NOTE: The Province Council, Foundation Luncheon and Province Admin Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE after the Paperwork meeting).
NOTE: The fees above are based on the standard Pin #1. An additional $56 is required for Pin #2 and $73 for Pin #3 on the total.
If your chapter requires additional
money above the structured fees, please only
submit the total amount listed above. The total of the
fees should be submitted
in a certified check or money order made payable to the
Northeastern Province of
Kappa Alpha Psi. NO OTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!
Please note: FORM 60 or
FORM 61 needs to be complete and presented at the
paperwork meeting. When completing Form 60 or 61,
please remember that you only apply the
basic fee that is required of International Headquarters.
If the forms are not
correctly completed, there will be a delay in the processing
of credentials!!!
Once all material has been submitted and approved
by the Intake Committee, the next step is to make
lodging arrangements for the candidates to stay at
the designated hotel at the designated rate. We will
begin the Initiation Ceremony on time!!! Brothers, in the past, we have been accommodating
to tardiness. The time and location of the ceremony
will be in the Armory on the campus of Widener University.
A mandatory meeting of all the candidates, advisors,
and Intake Chairmen will be scheduled just prior
to the initiation ceremony.
The Initiation Ceremony
Each chapter that will have candidates
to be initiated shall be responsible for
getting them to the site in a timely fashion.
The candidates should be equipped
with a plain white bed sheet, a black belt, a
pair of white socks, and a blindfold (traditional;
stocking and pad).
All Brothers in attendance who are witnessing the
Initiation Ceremony MUST be dressed in formal business
attire.(JACKET, SHIRT, and TIE) |
